BKI is seeking an incredible Diploma of Nursing Teacher to join our Health and Community Centre of Excellence (HACCOE) team at our Maryborough Campus to teach prospective nurses and inspire the next generation

About The Role
You will be working within a collaborative team environment with frequent team building exercises and events for all to enjoy
The team is comprised of industry professionals all cohesively working together to teach aspiring nurses.
Our staff bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to educate both face to face and online to help our students grow.
Your working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
You will need to teach at our Bendigo Campus when required.

Teachers deliver high quality vocational education, training and competency-based assessment in specified program(s) in a range of settings including classrooms, workplaces and online environments.
Experience and Knowledge
A Bachelor of Nursing Degree
A Registered Nurse-AHPRA registration
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE or more recent)
Proficiency in digital teaching methodologies
Post Grad in Nursing Specialty (desirable)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel etc
Has an understanding of cultural sensitivity and respects and values difference
Is able to identify language, literacy and numeracy issues
Can adapt communication style to suit audience and context
Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders
Has an understanding of the concepts and practices underpinning and blended learning
Provision (and maintenance) of current driver's license where relevant
