$120,000 – $150,000 per year + incentive

We are a national, award-winning law firm specialising in property development, strata, community titles law and insurance related matters. As the leading legal practice in this field in Western Australia, we are seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our high-performing team in Perth.
Whether you're a recent graduate or in the early stages of your legal career, or someone more senior, this is a rare opportunity to build your expertise in one of the most dynamic and specialised areas of law. Our preference is someone with at least 2 to 3 years of legal experience who can hit the ground running. Prior experience in strata law is not essential - we're looking for smart, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and genuine interest in property law. Lawyers with more experience are also welcome to apply.
You'll be supported by a close-knit team and highly regarded leaders in the field. You'll work closely with top-tier property developers, investors, strata stakeholders and policyholders, all while contributing to a firm known for its innovation and national reach.
This is a full-time role based at our North Perth office. We offer a flexible, family-first working culture, and hybrid working arrangements available after your probation period.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work across a diverse range of property-related commercial disputes, litigation, and advisory matters, including:
By-law drafting and registration;
Leasing and general property law;
Commercial disputes, including construction, contract and property disputes;
Debt recovery and enforcement matters;
Strata and community title disputes and advisory work;
Wills and estates matters, including providing advice, drafting documents and assisting with disputes;
Drafting legal correspondence, court documents and client advice;
Managing your own files and attending court hearings;
Briefing counsel and assisting with the preparation of witness and expert evidence; and
Preparing materials for both interlocutory and final hearings.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Intelligent, motivated and genuinely interested in developing a career in property law;
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; and
Meticulous, well-organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Ideal candidates will have:
2+ years PAE;
Exposure to property law and/or commercial litigation;
Familiarity with SAT, Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court procedures (preferred);
Strong academic results;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
