What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for site-based roles Coordinate inductions and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience Employee Relations & Engagement Be the first point of contact for HR queries and employee concerns Support initiatives that build engagement, satisfaction, and retention Champion Civilcast values across all interactions Performance, Capability & Development Assist managers with performance and improvement plans Coordinate training and development activities to build workforce capability HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll/benefits processes Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and IR/ER requirements Workplace Health & Safety Partner with the Safety Manager to promote WHS compliance Support safety initiatives and assist with incident investigations General HR Support Prepare HR reports and metrics for site leadership Guide managers on HR and WHS processes in consultation with the HR & WHS team What You'll Bring Experience in HR within manufacturing, a minimum of 3 years experience A degree qualification in Human Resource management Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Confidence working on the ground, supporting frontline leaders Sound knowledge of HR processes, legislation and best practice A positive, proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach What We Offer A supportive People & Culture team Opportunities for professional growth The chance to make a genuine impact on people, culture, and safety A role where no two days are the same Ready to Make an Impact?
