Education Psychologist
The Department of Education in Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Education Psychologist to join their leadership team. This permanent full-time position requires an innovative and dynamic individual with expertise in whole-school and systems leadership.

This role requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, as well as expert knowledge and understanding of contemporary practice in supporting students. The successful applicant will ideally possess general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and work alongside another experienced psychologist, enabling collaboration, peer consultation, and shared professional growth.
About the Role
As an Education Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert psychological consultation to support the learning, behaviour, and wellbeing of students
* Developing and implementing educational psychology services and programs to maximise student learning outcomes
* Collaborating with schools, system leaders, and other specialists to develop shared understandings of student needs and support evidence-informed practice
* Contributing to professional learning, resource development, and system-level initiatives
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the relevant authority before starting
