Community Neuro Speech Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team of professionals working in the community with adults who have neurological conditions.
This is a permanent full-time position, but part-time options are available. You will work independently, providing high-quality therapy services to clients in their homes, communities, and other settings.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing clients' communication and swallowing needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
To succeed in this role, you must be eligible for membership or hold current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, have a current driver's license and suitable vehicle, and be passionate about working in the community.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated lifelong learner, open to feedback, and able to work autonomously while seeking support when needed. Experience working in the community and with adults with neurological conditions is highly desirable.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range, annual leave loading, superannuation, travel reimbursement, and laptop and phone provisions.
You will also have access to extensive induction, clinical and professional supervision, mentoring, and our unique Resilience Buddy Program to support your growth and well-being.
We value diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment that reflects these principles.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with neurological conditions, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
