We are looking for a friendly, dedicated, and passionate Optometrist to support our team.
* Casual / Locum role with flexible days (1–3 days per week)
* Available in January 2026 to support clinic demand, leave coverage, and growth
* Available to cover shifts in our Williamstown clinic, and/or Doncaster (optional)
* 1 to 3+ years of optometry experience, ideally with some experience in an independent practice

Using your optical knowledge and skills, you will assist in creating eye health and brand awareness within the community through eye examinations, patient education, and quality eye care.

Requirements
* Degree in Optometry and current AHPRA registration
* Ability to create a professional, friendly, and educational testing experience for every patient
* Provide clear, patient-focused eye care recommendations
* Work collaboratively with Eye Philosophy team members
* A positive attitude and growth mindset
