Cabin Crew Role Overview
As a Cabin Crew member, you will operate as either a solo Flight Attendant or as a member of a two-person team on our Dash-8 turbo prop aircraft. You will deliver an exceptional inflight service to our customers and ensure the highest level of safety onboard, trained confidently to manage a variety of emergency situations.
About this role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet high standards
* Anticipate customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and procedures
* Offer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversities
* Maintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean
* Meet age eligibility requirements at 18 years old or older
* Gain recent experience in a customer facing role
* Achieve a height range between 158cm - 183cm tall with ability to reach 212cm (overhead) without shoes
* Possess a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain one
* Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or be willing to obtain one
* Demonstrate excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted
* Hold the right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship
