Project and Business Support Officer

* Deliver timely and accurate business coordination, administrative support, and project delivery services to support the effective operation of the Finance & Operations Branch
* Demonstrate your agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
* Ongoing Clerk Grade 7/8 opportunity ($113,574 - $125,720) plus superannuation (12%) based in Martin Place, Sydney.

About the Role

As the Project and Business Support Officer, you will monitor and resolve complex and sensitive, including escalated, enquiries; develop, review and maintain compliant administrative systems, processes and policies; create and distribute up-to-date branch communications; and deliver one-off projects while coordinating Finance and Operations meetings to support business outcomes.

You will join the Corporate Services Group, within the Finance and Operations team.

We're Looking For
* Issue and Enquiry Management: Monitor, investigate and resolve complex and sensitive enquiries, including escalated matters, to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
* Records of Governance and Compliance: Develop, implement, review and maintain administrative systems, processes and policies to ensure compliance with agency standards and procedures.
* Communication and Engagement: Create, coordinate and distribute accurate and timely branch communications to ensure information remains current and relevant.
* Project and Operational Delivery: Execute one-off projects and initiatives for senior leadership, coordinate Finance and Operations meetings, and support the achievement of business outcomes.
* Executive Support and Reporting: Prepare high‐quality correspondence, briefs, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations; provide analysis, recommendations, project documentation and complex diary management to support informed decision‐making.
