Job Description
Finance Administrator for the Central-West Orana project, responsible for working closely with leaders, employees, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Assist with monthly payroll, including timesheets, ABA files, and payslips.
* Create and issue invoices and remittance advices.
* Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
* Enter payable invoices and prepare banking files.
* Assist with preparing financial reports for the Executive team and government submissions.
* Maintain staff records and support onboarding of new staff.
* Respond to stakeholder account enquiries with professionalism and care.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a construction environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
* Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.
* Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
