**Desk Support**
One of our most prestigious clients are seeking an Applications support analyst to join their team here in Melbourne. **About you**:
- Insurance or insurance broking experience in a technology capacity preferable
- 2 years' experience within an insurance sector or financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting, problem solving, digital literacy skills
- Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 Compliance Certification preferable
**The Role**:
As a Service desk support analyst, you will be responsible for providing level 2 service and support in accordance with established ITIL practices. The role is required to investigate and re-mediate incidents involving bespoke broking software such as ibias and evolution.
**Additionally, you will be required to**:
- Undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors
- Develop and maintain systems and program documentation
- Liaise with other teams and the wider business to resolve problems
