Quality Assurance & Training Officer
We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge and experience in governance, quality assurance, and training within aged care, disability, or health services.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and the Aged Care Act
* Proven experience in training coordination, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or health services
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to support a culture of learning, safety, and accountability
* Ability to work collaboratively with managers, clinical leaders, and staff to implement governance processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Confidence in delivering engaging, practical training sessions that build staff capability and support person-centred care
* Proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement effective solutions
* Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, audits, and compliance deadlines
* Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, policies, and training documentation to support audit readiness
* Passion for promoting dignity, respect, and choice in every aspect of care delivery
* Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and drive innovation in quality and training practices
Essentials
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Up to date Influenza vaccination
* Relevant qualification in health, aged care, disability, education, or quality/business management
* Demonstrated experience in training, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or allied health
