Due to a high workload and growth across the company, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer (mid to senior level) to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have strong support of management to provide the required resources to successfully ,make sure all projects are being delivered and accounts are being settled, on time, and to the highest standard. The Positions are Full-Time Role and available immediately. The Role As an Accounts Officer, reporting to the Project Manager & CEO, you will take ownership of the following: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Generate invoices Payroll - 50 staff Payroll Tax Data entry General office administration You'll Need Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in a Accounts Role Experience with Reckon accounting software is ideal for this role! Experience in construction and or building industry Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
