Cochlear Asia-Pacific, the fastest growing division of Cochlear Ltd, has a direct market presence in Japan, Korea, China, India, SE Asia and Australia & New Zealand. Cochlear conducts most of its leading research, development and manufacturing of cochlear implants in the Asia Pacific region with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Australia and repair facilities in Malaysia.
The Opportunity
We currently have a 12 month fixed term contract available for a Marketing and Communications Professional.
Working as part of our high performing APAC Marketing team, the Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the planning and implementation of marketing communication activities across a diverse country and product portfolio within the APAC region. In particular, this role supports Asia Pacific country product launches, manages marketing collateral, assists with regional internal and external events, and manages existing internal marketing Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Support the Senior Manager – Product Marketing to deliver on multiple country product launches for successful new product introductions in the Asia-Pacific region.
* Assist in the development of the APAC product communication, social media and consumer marketing campaign packages and distribution to the APAC markets.
* Collaborate with the APAC Marketing team leads in delivering successful internal and external events aligned with APAC’s event strategy.
* Operate as a lead in driving and maintaining key operational QMS processes to ensure accurate, up to date and compliant documentation production and management.
About you:
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have some experience in marketing or project management. What will make you stand out is your process-driven approach and ability to plan and execute on the required specifications, prioritise work and deliverables, and multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Event management and/or product marketing and/or sales experience in the medical device or health sciences field will be highly advantageous.
