Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
* In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and reimbursement processes.
* Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight.
