Permanent parttime position
This is a rare opportunity to join a unified, supportive and dedicated team who are ardent about delivering excellent customer service.As the People & Culture System Technician, collaborate with the People & Culture team and wider business to maintain and enhance our HR system.
The role includes daily administration tasks and some data entry alongside project-based work. The project work relates to moving HR functions currently managed outside the system to be managed from within the system.
We are advertising this position as based in Wollongong, however we can be flexible on the location.
You Need

· Experience in delivering system administration
· An understanding of HR functions
· Familiarity with managing HR systems (ActionHRM experience advantageous)
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
· A customer focused attitude with proven interpersonal skills that enable you to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first time quality
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
