Campbell Town Hospital and Community Health Service (CTHCS) situated in the Northern Midlands just 45 minutes from Launceston, is one of eight district hospitals in Primary Health North (PHN). As part of Hospitals North, PHN and CTHCS work closely with Launceston General Hospital, our main referral hospital, to enable care at the right time and in the right place for clients in our local and the wider community.As Director of Nursing, you:Will be part of the innovative Primary Health North leadership team catering for health care needs of Tasmanians in community and rural and remote settings.Work with and lead an experienced and supportive local team of keen professionals providing wholistic care to residential aged care, inpatient, emergency, community nursing and community services and day centre clients accessing CTHCS.Will play a key role in leading implementation of Aged Care reforms across CTHCS and PHN and will have an opportunity to positively influence care delivery across the service.Details of appointment:Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $138,478 per annum.
