The practice is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join them who is capable leading design and delivery of projects, whilst collaborating with the wider team. They are on the lookout for an all‐rounder with a strong eye for design and strong Revit documentation experience and contract admin experience across Multi‐res / Mixed‐use projects. Key Responsibilities
* Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages
* Contribute to projects from concept to completion
* Prepare highly detailed Revit documentation
* Lead projects autonomously across their lifecycle
* Collaborate with Director and broader team through design process
* Liaise with clients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills
* Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team
Skills & Experience
* Masters degree in Architecture
* Approx 10 years' post‐graduate experience
* ARBV Registered (desirable)
* Revit proficiency is a must!
* Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded
* Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi‐res, single‐res and commercial
* Strong documentation skills
* Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Take ownership and run projects autonomously
