* You will have previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar environments
* You will possess passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits
* You will have excellent communication skills; approachable and articulate
* You will demonstrate strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
* You will be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* You will hold valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
* You will have the legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
