We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to work closely with the commercial, procurement, marketing, regulatory and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing, manufacturing, R&D, marketing and strategic collaboration agreements.
They will provide timely business-focused legal guidance on product launches, advertising, privacy, compliance and general commercial matters.
Support contract lifecycle management and drive improvements in legal processes and templates.
Work collaboratively with regional legal teams and external counsel on local and international projects.
Keep key stakeholders informed on legal risk, contract issues and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
Key Qualifications:
* A qualified lawyer with 8+ years' post-qualification experience ideally gained in both private practice and in-house.
* Strong experience in commercial law and contracts with a practical understanding of how businesses operate.
* Confidence in working independently and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive communicator who can translate complex legal concepts into simple business-friendly advice.
* Someone with high attention to detail but who also sees the bigger picture.
* Comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
