The role will be a mixture of completing tasks on gym floor along with specific administration tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role directly affects the member experience through ensuring regular member interactions with the fitness team within the first 60 days of membership.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager you will support the team of professionals who will provide coaching and mentoring to our members to achieve their Personal Training career goals. At Next Gen we have comprehensive induction programs for our new and existing Members creating multiple opportunities to build your own client base.
You will work 20 hours per week over a 7-day roster providing you with the flexibility to:
develop your personal training skills;manage the team of Personal Trainers;be rewarded for your effort and balance your personal commitments;casual hours offering you greater flexibility.Essential Criteria
Hold Certificate IV in FitnessProfessional accreditation with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity AustraliaCurrent Senior First Aid & CPR certificateCurrent Working with Children CheckComputer literatePossess outstanding interpersonal skillsProfessional work ethic & entrepreneurial spiritMinimum of 12 months experience as a PTDuties and Responsibilities
