THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Employee Wellbeing Partner to join the People & Capability team in a newly created 0.4-0.6 FTE part-time role. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with operational leaders and employees to support our transformational journey by embedding a modern people-centric health and wellbeing framework in a high-risk manufacturing work environment.
Bringing your expertise in injury management, workers compensation and health and wellbeing programs your primary focus will be on reducing and preventing workplace injuries and illness, overseeing return to work planning and delivering industry leading mental and physical health program that add value to all Zoners. We are open to discussing flexible part-time arrangements for the successful applicant.

* Work with P&C team, Safety team and broader business to help shape the people wellbeing framework to improve employee wellbeing outcomes
* Ensure appropriate support is provided for people experiencing injuries and illness, including complex injury management, that improves outcomes
* Support the development of internal health & wellbeing processes and practices, and ensure system solutions are developed and prioritised in line with business expectations
* Own and manage individual claims, claim reporting and strategies
* Analyse and utilise data and information to enable risk management activities and prepare reporting as it relates to the health and wellbeing function
Ideally What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Psychology or other health related disciplines
* Min 3-5 years' experience working in a health wellbeing advisory role (preferably in a high-risk work environment)
* Strong capability in health and wellbeing risk planning and response including mental health, injury management, workers compensation and claims management
* Empathy-led relationship management expertise in forming trusted, credible and effective networks, leasing with medical professionals, insurers and other stakeholders
* Strong understanding of legal compliance, modern WHS practices in accordance with the legislated standard of rehabilitation
* Demonstrated practices in monitoring workplace incidents, progress reporting, evaluating outcomes, providing training and coaching, implementing early support interventions
* Experience promoting positive safety culture with successful and tangible outcomes
