Electrical Engineer Position
This is a permanent engineer role with PhD sponsorship.
The company seeks a highly motivated and qualified engineer with early-career industry research experience and a background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics.
The selected candidate will work on electrical and control subsystems of wind turbines, including generators, inverters, load controllers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Key responsibilities include conducting advanced research, designing and implementing control algorithms, collaborating with academic and industry partners, publishing research findings, and contributing to technical documentation and reporting.
Essential qualifications and skills include strong knowledge of electrical machines and power electronics, control systems and signal processing, energy systems modeling and simulation, and excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
