We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow our sales division, with a strong focus on off-the-plan project sales. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and overseeing the successful marketing and sales of residential and commercial developments. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with the ability to devise effective pricing strategies, develop data-driven action plans, and leverage in-depth market research and extensive networks to achieve ambitious sales targets — all while collaborating closely with our design, finance, construction, and marketing teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment. About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for: Developing and executing sales strategies across high-rising residential and mixed-use projects. Driving off-the-plan project sales campaigns, from pre-launch to settlement. Leading pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans in partnership with design, finance, construction, and marketing teams. Overseeing the marketing function to craft and execute responsive, high-impact strategies tailored to project objectives and buyer audiences. Building and mentoring a high-performing team and managing agency partners. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions. Cultivating strong relationships with buyers, agents, brokers, and investors. Ensuring compliance with property laws, contracts, and settlement processes. Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: 10–15 years’ experience in sales, with proven track-record in off-the-plan apartment sales. Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-value project sales. Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing strategy and market positioning. In-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast property market and buyer demographics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside design, finance and construction teams.
