The Role
* Screening prospective tenants, handling lease agreements, managing disputes, and conducting regular inspections.
* Organising repairs and maintenance promptly, ensuring the property is safe and habitable, and coordinating with tradespeople.
* Managing maintenance budgets, paying bills (e.g. council rates, water), and providing regular financial statements to the property owner.
* Advertising vacant properties, showing the property to prospective tenants, and managing lease renewals or terminations.
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure the tenant is caring for the property and reporting back to the landlord.
* Managing end-of-lease procedures, bond claims, cleaning, and preparing the property for new tenants.
Qualifications:
* Hold your certificate of registration or real estate license or a willingness to obtain
* Experience is desirable but not essential
* Computer literacy
* Hold a current driver's license
