Administrative Officer

The role of Administrative Officer is a part-time position working 3 days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our campus and a key contributor to student wellbeing and administrative efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Front Desk Reception:
o Greet and assist families, students, and visitors with professionalism and care.
o Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with accuracy and timeliness.
o Handle mail distribution and general communication tasks.
o Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries.
* Student Services Coordination:
o Oversee daily student attendance and absentee management.
o Coordinate campus bus procedures and daily rolls.
o Administer First Aid and manage the student sickbay, including medical plans (Anaphylaxis, Asthma).
o Maintain accurate student records and medical alerts.
o Order and manage stationery supplies for students and staff.
o Assist with administrative tasks related to excursions, camps, and enrolments.
o Support teaching staff with general admin needs.
o Organise and manage lost property.


Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a school or customer-facing administrative role is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
* A caring and student-focused approach.
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
