This exciting opportunity is designed to bring improved outcomes and quality of life to our residents by working closely with nursing, care staff, and volunteers.

The role involves scheduling, implementing, delivering, and evaluating resident activities, ensuring high-quality patient-centred experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and delivering resident activities
* Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes
* Evaluating and improving existing programs

Requirements

* Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or similar qualification
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Self-reliance, motivation, and innovative thinking
* Victorian Drivers Licence
