* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead MTSS initiatives to improve student outcomes
* Embed restorative conversations and practices to build relationships and support student accountability
* Work collaboratively with the leadership, teaching, and support teams to deliver evidence-based interventions
* Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
* Strengthen partnerships between students, parents, and community to promote a culture of belonging and inclusion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Experience working in a similar role or equivalent experience in education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of educational principles and policies
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
