About the Role We're seeking an enthusiastic Mobilisation Officer to join our Hope Valley branch, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone south of the river who wants to learn, grow, and make an impact.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end site mobilisations for shutdown crews
* Manage and schedule casual shutdown workers (Riggers, Crane Operators, HSE Advisors, Truck Drivers)
* Ensure compliance by booking, verifying, and maintaining tickets and certifications
* Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless onboarding
* Handle rostering changes and communicate updates promptly
* Maintain accurate data and correspondence using internal systems (FCC, MPower)
* Provide weekend and after-hours coverage when required
* Deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders


Skills & Attributes

* Strong organisational skills and experience managing rosters
* High attention to detail and proactive approach to compliance
* Effective communicator across multiple teams
* Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
* Initiative in problem-solving and process improvement
* Familiarity with FCC and MPower (preferred)


Mandatory Requirements

* Valid driver's licence
* Ability to work Monday to Friday in Hope Valley
* National police clearance (within 12 months or ability to apply)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening
