Role Overview:
As the Admin Manager & PA, you will be our clients' first point of contact and ensure seamless operations within our company. We seek someone who can manage complex information, systemise processes, and engage with our clients professionally and warmly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communications: Answer calls and respond to inquiry emails for new projects. Be the welcoming voice and face of the Danicon Group.
* Document Management: Prepare and send documents, including cost estimations, proposals, and contracts. Ensure all documentation aligns with our high standards.
* Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, and manage accounts with accuracy and integrity.
* Bookkeeping Skills: Basic data entry level bookkeeping skills are required for managing invoicing and account maintenance.
* Social Media Management: Maintain and enhance our online presence by regularly posting engaging content.
* Social Media Experience: Experience with Facebook and Instagram platforms is required for managing our social media presence.
* Project Coordination: Assist with project documentation, contract management, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
* Onboarding and Client Relations: Welcome new clients, manage communications, and maintain excellent relationships.
* Director Support: Assist with personal tasks to free up time for business development.
* Site Visits: Visit job sites to take progress photos and assist with construction-related admin tasks.
Requirements:
* Knowledgeable: A basic understanding of construction and project management is advantageous.
* Organized: Strong organisational skills with a knack for multitasking.
* Independent: Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail.
* Professional: Comfortable in client-facing roles, representing Danicon Group with a warm and inviting demeanour.
* Adaptable: Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
* Mobile: A driver's license and own transportation for site visits.
* Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or office management experience is required.
* Work Rights: Australian citizenship is required for this position.
