Job Description
About this opportunity
We are seeking a Civil Construction Administrator to join the Bendigo officehere at Spiire. Being a part of the Spiire team, means you'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that brings ideas to life.
Here's what you'll get to do:
* Attend site inspection and site meetings
* Provide tender and contract administration support
* Chairing construction site meetings
* Managing on-sitecomplianceaudits
* Assessing variations,completing reports, cost estimations
* Coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders involved in the project including authorities, developers,clientsand contractors.
What we are seeking
As the Civil Construction Administrator, you will support the delivery of civil construction projects in the Bendigo and surrounding regions. This is a newly created role offering exposure across both site and office functions, ideal for someone with hands-on civil experience who's looking to build a longer-term career pathway into project management. You'll have experience in land development or infrastructure projects, and you can demonstrate the following:
* Previous site experience in civil construction, ideally land development
* A solid understanding of construction processes and project workflows
* Comfortable working across both site and administrative tasks
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
About the Bendigo Team
Several of our senior consultants have been providing specialist consulting services to private and government sector clients in and around Bendigo for almost four decades. Our work covers the surrounding region, including projects in communities such as Castlemaine and Echuca-Moama, underpinned by the knowledge of staff who live locally.
