We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to join our team on the Gold Coast. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our CRM and marketing automation strategy, ensuring our CRM not only supports - but accelerates - the goals of the marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

You’ll build and manage email campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and integrated reporting frameworks that support effective decision-making across the business. You’ll also work cross-functionally to ensure HubSpot integrates seamlessly with our finance systems for accurate lead attribution, billing alignment, and campaign ROI tracking.

What will you be doing?

CRM Strategy & System Management

* Own the setup, structure, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it is aligned with business needs and scales effectively.
* Configure and manage integrations with key systems, including finance tools (e.g., billing or invoicing software), to ensure end-to-end visibility of the customer journey and revenue flow.
* Define and implement processes that align with the full lifecycle—from lead acquisition to deal close and post-sale engagement.
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Develop custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot (and other platforms as needed) to track key performance metrics across campaigns, lead funnels, and sales pipelines.
* Analyze contact behavior, email performance, funnel drop-offs, and campaign ROI to inform business and marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling based on CRM data insights.

Workflow & Funnel Automation

* Build automated workflows that support lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and customer retention.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the user journey across all touchpoints.
* Email Marketing & Audience Segmentation
* Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to engage prospects, onboard new clients, and educate existing users.
* Manage dynamic lists, smart content, and segmentation logic to deliver relevant and personalized communications.

Cross-Functional Alignment

* Partner with marketing, sales, customer support, and finance to ensure the CRM supports every team’s goals.
* Establish smooth lead handoff processes, accurate data syncing, and shared visibility on pipeline health and customer lifecycle stages.
* Governance & Content Management
* Ensure all contact data is accurate, compliant, and regularly cleaned.
* Manage and update CRM content assets—email templates, landing pages, forms—to keep messaging current and brand-aligned.

What You'll Bring

* 3+ years’ experience in a CRM or marketing operations role, ideally within a SaaS, health tech, or B2B business.
* Proven expertise with HubSpot CRM—certifications a plus.
* Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
* Experience with CRM and finance system integrations (e.g., Xero, Stripe, or other invoicing/ERP platforms).
* Solid understanding of email marketing, list segmentation, and automation strategy.
* Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
* Skilled communicator able to translate technical processes for non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Must be located on the Gold Coast and able to work from our Southport office a minimum of 4 days per week.
