This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to shape and drive HR strategy across both Australian and international offices, working closely with senior management to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
You will be instrumental in developing and implementing people-focused initiatives that align with Osmoflo's strategic business plan, ensuring the attraction, retention, and growth of talented individuals.
The Human Resources Manager will lead a dedicated HR team, champion employee engagement, and promote a supportive environment where collaboration and professional development are at the forefront.
* Maintain commercial focus within the business unit by supporting innovation, technological advancement, change initiatives, and cost control throughout all stages of the business model.
* Assist the General Manager People, Culture & Safety with budget preparation, monitoring expenditure, preparing reports and forecasts, and making recommendations for adoption.
* Optimise resource efficiency by balancing resourcing levels with business needs and budgetary requirements while fostering motivation and professional development within your team.
* Drive closer alignment and collaboration across global offices by promoting best practices in HR service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
* Provide high-level advice to internal stakeholders on human resource change issues that support operational objectives and build organisational capability through assessments and targeted initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also oversee recruitment processes to ensure cultural alignment and skill mix meet organisational goals; manage onboarding so new employees are effectively integrated into the organisation.
You will coach managers on performance management using collaborative approaches to address gaps; support training activities including induction programmes and ongoing learning via ELMO LMS.
Lead employee relations by providing advice on policies, award interpretation, industrial relations trends; manage conflict resolution processes; ensure compliance with legal standards across all jurisdictions.
