About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Day Program and Home & Community Support (HCS) to join our dynamic Client Services team. This role is responsible for the establishment and oversight of programs that provide high-quality services to enhance independence, dignity, and inclusion for people with disability across three delivery areas:
* Home Support – services in individuals' homes to maximise living, social, and recreational skills
* Centre Support – community-based and individualised day services promoting inclusion
* Community Support – services in the community to encourage independence and participation
Key Responsibilities
As the Manager, you will:
* Oversee intake, eligibility, and referral allocation
* Develop service agreements and coordinate disability service options
* Supervise and manage HCS and Day Program staff
* Build partnerships and market the program to organisations and individuals
* Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, Casa Services policies, and safeguarding standards
* Monitor participant goals and outcomes, and report on program performance
What We're Looking For
Minimum Cert IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Valid Driver's Licence and current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Knowledge of Disability Service Standards, WHS legislation, and NDIS guidelines
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Computer literacy and ability to manage reporting and compliance requirements
Desirable:
Experience with complex support needs
Experience working with Indigenous Australians and culturally diverse communities
