Duties
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team, expected to hit the ground running and actively manage a diverse range of family law matters. You will gain exposure to more complex and challenging cases for private clients, typically including areas such as:
* Financial Agreements
* Property Settlements
* Divorce
* Surrogacy
* IVOs
* Spousal Maintenance
* Same Sex Relationships
* Defacto Relationships
* Surrogacy
* Child Support
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
* 3-6 years PAE having worked exclusively in Family law within a recognised specialist family law practice or a dedicated family law team in a larger firm
* Self-motivation and initiative, coupled with a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise competing demands, and maintain high-quality outcomes
* L.I.V. Specialist Family Law Accreditation, or a strong desire to pursue accreditation, will be highly regarded
