The opportunity
A chance to join our thriving Rewards team As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you'll work across all aspects of our diverse Rewards practice - developing solutions and solving problems for our clients across performance, rewards and transactions. This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* Contributing to the delivery of reward related projects – that might be anything from:
* Designing a new long-term incentive for a company that is about to list on the ASX (including tax and legal impacts).
* Working through remuneration implications for companies that are merging
* Helping a Board work through a new CEO appointment
* Supporting a client with a refresh of their job architecture and salary banding approach
* Growing our team through coaching and developing team members
* Bringing your bright ideas and integrating AI solutions into your day to day work
* We are a fully integrated remuneration, taxation, legal, performance and transactions team – so we guarantee a diverse experience.
Skills and attributes for success
* Knowledge of and ability to design remuneration structures including incentive programs, across local, regional and or international jurisdictions which could include taxation and legal implications.
* You may also be experienced in remuneration for organisations that are transacting (e.g. merging or demerging)
* An interest in the world around you and corporate ecosystems - making connections across companies, countries and experiences to bring the best to our clients.
* Ability to manage your own workload and at times, workload of junior team members.
