THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Canberra boutique.
This role is suited to a confident luxury retail professional who excels in client engagement, relationship building, and high-value sales. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional service standards, supporting daily boutique operations, and contributing to the overall performance of the store.
You will work closely with the boutique management team and act as a strong brand ambassador, consistently representing Watches of Switzerland with professionalism and care. While training will be provided, this role requires a strong foundation in luxury retail and a genuine interest in fine watchmaking and technical products.
Flexibility is essential, as this role operates on a rotating roster and will require availability to work weekends.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a premium customer-focused environment
* A strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Confidence in managing high-value transactions and delivering personalised service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional approach
* Fluency in English (additional languages are highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Solid computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
* A genuine passion for luxury products and exceptional client experiences
