*Your Role as a Rear Loader Driver*
As a Rear Loader Driver, you'll be at the forefront of the waste collection of all public waste across the Sutherland Shire. You'll work a 9-day fortnight across Monday to Sunday with a 4am start and be part of a reliable team delivering cost-effective services that supporting the Waste Management Strategy.
Your daily tasks will include operating rear loader vehicles, conduct safety checks, and performing minor maintenance. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service, your work will help keep our streets clean and our environment thriving.
*What We're Looking For*
We're seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and values serving the community.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A current HR Class driver's licence is essential for this role
* Experience in waste services or a similar driving role
* Physical fitness for manual handling and outdoor work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic skills in data entry and mobile device use
* Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Law
* Familiarity with Sutherland Shire streets and suburbs(advantageous)

* Package: $74,901 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
* Hours of work: Permanent Full-time 38 hours per week 9-day fortnight
