About the Role
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality support services, enabling clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic support
* Provide companionship and engage clients in social and community participation either in-home or out and about
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to monitor client progress and support service delivery
* Ensure the wellbeing of clients and staff by adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
* A genuine passion for caring for vulnerable individuals
* Relevant experience in a similar support worker or caregiving role
* A qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
