Your New Role
As part of the Knox team, you'll leverage your experience in townhouse construction and medium‑density apartment delivery to lead a landmark urban renewal project.
* Develop financial models to support strategy and investment decisions.
* Monitor project financial performance, risk, and compliance.
* Support housing sales and marketing activities.
* Oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery of development programs.
* Manage contracts and procurement for consultants and contractors.
* Lead project close‑out, commissioning, and reporting.
* Contribute to commercial strategies and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
* Support governance, compliance, and lessons learned processes.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision‑making.
* Coach and develop team members to foster growth and inclusion.
About You
* Tertiary degree or higher qualification in property, architecture, design, engineering, project management, construction or related fields.
* A demonstrated record of achievement in the management and delivery of major construction, infrastructure or property and land development projects.
* Proven track record in delivering land development, townhouse construction, and medium‑density apartment projects.
* Broad ranging experience in the leadership and management of people and teams in a development related field.
* Technical experience in planning and development, infrastructure, property and commercial environments, in both public and private sectors.
* Experience in maintaining networks with government, industry and interfacing with the community, including negotiation, influencing, consultation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
* A proven track record in managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships and liaising with senior management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
