As the Clinical Care Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our residents.
Your leadership experience will be vital in guiding a team of healthcare professionals to foster an environment of excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee clinical operations within the facility.
Ensure compliance with AHPRA regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.
Provide leadership and support to the Care Manager and clinical staff.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall resident experience.
Qualifications AHPRA Registration: Current and valid registration with AHPRA is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aged care, with previous leadership experience as a Care Manager in large aged care homes preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
Location Flexibility: Open to candidates willing to relocate to regional Victoria.
