Uniting Communities is seeking two permanent full time Service Desk Officers to join our ICT team. The Service Desk Officer role supports customers by providing quality support and efficient incident resolution. The Service Desk Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's technology functions, with responsibly to ensure customer issues and incidents are recorded, triaged, and managed to resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinate the resolution of incidents.
Accurately record all incidents and service requests
Escalate incidents as required.
Assist in the provisioning of other ICT equipment.

About the Remuneration
