A growing aviation logistics team in Perth is seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional to support and develop cargo solutions for a wide range of clients. This role suits someone who enjoys relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑moving environment. As a cargo broker, you'll get the chance to travel to places most people never see and experience some incredibly unique sides of the aviation world. No two days are the same, you'll be tackling interesting challenges. Gain specialist knowledge through our hands‑on training and ongoing support.
Qualifications
* Has a background in sales, account management, or business development
* Ideally brings experience in airfreight or freight forwarding
* Can show a strong track record in cargo charter sales and generating new leads
* Builds strong relationships and genuinely enjoys working with clients
* Communicates confidently; an ability to speak another language is a nice advantage
* Holds a degree
* Is driven, curious, and keen to grow in a new industry
* Works hard, adapts quickly, and doesn't mind the occasional odd hours
* Stays organised and can manage several priorities at once
* Is comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* Can stay calm, focused, and effective when things get busy
* Has a valid Australian driver's licence
* Is open to travelling when required
