Paramedic Role Overview
Ambulance Transport Attendants play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and transport services to non-emergency patients across Victoria and New South Wales.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments on-road, providing timely interventions as needed
* Deliver high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport, prioritizing comfort and respect for each patient
* Maintain effective communication with patients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions throughout the journey
This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional patient care and transport services.
Key Qualifications
* Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance) or Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic) or Bachelor of Nursing (with AHPRA registered nurse registration)
* Successful completion of required clinical placements and a Clinical Skills Assessment
* Availability to work 10 and 12-hour shifts across 7 days
* Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions
