The Role
As Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in building and growing the Last Man Standing brand.
You'll be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing initiatives, with a strong focus onsocial media, while also assisting with broader marketing activities.
You'll work directly with the Managing Director, contributing ideas, shaping campaigns, and gaining exposure to all aspects of marketing within a fast-moving business.
Key Responsibilities
Creating, scheduling, and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Writing engaging captions, posts and basic website/blog content
Assisting with content creation, including photos, short-form videos and reels
Supporting marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions
Brainstorming and pitching new creative ideas for brand growth
Managing online engagement and community interactions
Assisting with events, sponsorships or collaborations when required
Basic design work using tools such as Canva (desirable, not essential)
Market research and competitor analysis
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Creative, proactive and full of ideas
Confident using social media personally or professionally
Interested in branding, digital marketing and content creation
Organised with good time-management skills
Comfortable working independently and in a small, fast-paced team
