**Your new role**
Your new role as HR Administrator is to assist the People Services Team in providing a wide range of HR services, including some process ownership, by performing various coordination, administration, scheduling, liaison, and processing tasks pertaining to:
- Recruitment, selection and on-boarding;
- Fitness for work;
- Employee performance cycle;
- Position management including higher duties and change of terms requests.
- Policy review and continuous improvement.
- User functionality review and testing of HR processes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
This role would suit someone with customer focus and expertise communicating with a wide range of people is needed for this position. You must be able to multitask, pay attention to detail, and have an aptitude for accurate process compliance in a fast - paced environment. You will be self-reliant and proactive, using sound judgement when managing sensitive data or referring more complicated issues to the team for discussion. You should be able to answer to general HR and IR inquiries as a first point of contact and be enthusiastic about developing your generalist skills by participating in projects to improve HR policy and services. Experience in a comparable capacity and working knowledge of an HRIS system are ideal and a qualification in Human Resources or related field.
