The Opportunity
We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our expanding Gunnedah branch. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will lead workshop operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery while meeting customer and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include
Promoting a strong safety‑first culture and WHS compliancePlanning and managing workshop schedules, labour, and resourcesLeading and motivating a team of tradespeople to OEM standardsCoordinating labour and parts for timely shutdown and repair workDriving continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
About You
Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications with S1, S2, S3Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skillsA solid understanding of WHS principlesEarthmoving equipment maintenance experience (Hitachi desirable)Strong time management, initiative, and intermediate MS Office skills
