Responsibilities

- Ensuring safety and security measures are in place
- Addressing guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions
About You
- Proven track record in a comparable position with flexible weekend and overnight availability
- Have full Australian working rights with no hours restrictions (at least 2 years) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area
- Confident and bubbly personality with aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork and patience
- Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication; multilingual skills are a bonus
- Tech-savvy with attention to detail and data security
- Problem-solver with the zest to make things right for the team and guests
