Job Title: Insurance Claims Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal injury and sickness claims from lodgment through to finalisation.
* Determining eligibility, liability and ongoing claims strategies is also a key aspect of this role.
This position requires strong communication skills, as you will be developing and maintaining relationships with individual customers, agents, brokers and union representatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Prior experience in personal injury claims assessment, ideally within the Accident & Health (A&H) sector.
* A sound knowledge of injuries and treatments, as well as relevant legal or allied health backgrounds.
You will be working across group A&H claims, and your ideal location will be determined by your needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful boutique specialist organisation.
