Job Description
Solventum is a leading provider of clinical documentation solutions powered by speech recognition and natural language understanding technology. Fluency for Imaging is a complete clinical documentation and workflow management solution that combines advanced front-end speech recognition technology and integrated productivity-enhancing tools for the faster creation of higher-quality diagnostic interpretations.
Our closed-loop reporting solution optimizes the user experience and boosts productivity by providing workflow enhancements that are completely integrated into the radiologist’s everyday reporting workflow. These include: Critical Test Results Management (CTRM), imaging peer review, and third-party solutions for greater compliance and patient safety.
Being an established market leader in our home market USA, we are rapidly expanding our business in Australia. To strengthen our Australian team, we are seeking to recruit a Fluency for Imaging Project Manager.
Primary Scope
As a key member of the Australian Implementation & Adoption Team, you are key in providing support and guidance to our customers by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a different in their day-to-day operations such as:
* Troubleshoot complex application and server side problems
* Serve as a consultant on hardware and software items
* Manage system deployments and upgrades
As the Systems Implementation & Support Analyst, your primary role is to serve as the central technical escalation point within the team. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive technical support and guidance to ensure the stability and satisfaction of our clients. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Adoption Specialists, and Implementation Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in all phases of project implementation and support.
In addition to providing technical expertise, you will actively engage with customers to ensure their comprehension of the solutions being implemented and align them with their desired project outcomes. Identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact the project's success will be among one of your key duties. You'll be the go-to person anything technical that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
This position requires an excellent working knowledge of Fluency for Imaging and associated architecture.
We are searching for a person who enjoys learning new technologies and is able to effectively understand how Fluency for Imaging solutions can be used to address customer needs. Being part of a growing Australian business unit, you will also help to create new processes, and improve existing processes when needed, including creation of relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and troubleshoot complex application and/or server-related issues and work with necessary resources (interna/external) to resolve problem
* Serve as a consultant to customers for software related questions
* Lead conversations with customers about recommended Fluency for Imaging deployment design types
* Manage system deployments and upgrades
* Assist with system testing, configuration test and performance testing as required
* Serve as the primary escalation point for customer technical issues and work with global resources as needed
* Log all incidents on our ticket management tool and document all steps taken to resolve the problem
* Log and document all client technical details to our internal wiki
* Respond to customer problems (email/phone/tickets) and proactively monitor the health of our client environments
* Manage and perform customer change requests
* Troubleshoot interface related issues with customers and implement steps to resolution
* Assist with setup of interface channels for upcoming projects and production customers
* Assist with maintenance of Fluency for Imaging databases
* Ability to troubleshoot wide range of Windows OS/Network related issues
* Serve as the primary tech resource for meetings with customer’s IT and 3rd party service providers/vendors
Education
* Bachelor degree in a relevant domain (computer science, IT, or related) or IT specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS)
Experience
* 3+ years of relevant working experience
* Strong affinity with IT and the healthcare industry
* Experience in a managed service provider support role
* Experience working with HL7 and/or interface engine(s)
* SQL database administration
* Experience in XML
* Understanding of hardware, software and network infrastructure
* Experience or exposure to speech recognition, RIS, PACS systems
* Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritise completion in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to perform L2 level support using ticket management software
* Microsoft Windows (workstation configuration and troubleshooting)
