Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team in the Rural City of Benalla.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing administrative tasks including sales processing, accounts payable, expenses, banking and receipting
* Managing vendor and purchaser accounts including reconciliation and debt collection
* Maintaining finance accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
* Supporting the development of business connections within and externally
* Maintaining safety processes within the branch
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administration support role, excellent computer skills, a proactive approach to work, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
